Help & FAQ

Practical answers for architects, contractors, landscape designers, distributors and private clients planning custom stonework with our Huian factory.

How do I start a custom project?

Send drawings, renderings, dimensions, quantities, preferred material, required finish, destination city or port and target schedule. We will review feasibility and explain the next steps.

Can you manufacture from my drawings?

Yes. We can work from architectural plans, CAD files, sketches, photographs, reference images or dimensioned drawings, provided you have permission to use the submitted design.

Do you provide 3D confirmation?

For suitable projects, 3D models, shop drawings or renderings can be included in the quotation. The approved version becomes the reference for production.

What products do you make?

Our factory produces traditional Chinese architectural stonework, temple and ancestral-hall components, stone sculpture, balustrades, gateways, landscape features, villa gardens and coordinated custom packages.

Which stone materials are available?

Options may include granite, marble, bluestone, limestone, sandstone and other project-appropriate stones. Availability and suitability depend on design, climate, finish and destination.

Will natural stone look exactly like a sample?

Not exactly. Colour, grain, veins and mineral markings naturally vary. A sample represents the general material character rather than an identical finished result.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on size, stone type, carving complexity, packing and freight efficiency. Send your project details for an individual assessment.

How long does production take?

Lead time depends on drawing approval, material availability, quantity, carving detail and finish. A project estimate is included in the formal quotation.

What are your payment terms?

Deposit, balance, currency, bank charges and payment milestones are stated in each formal quotation.

Can I change or cancel a custom order?

Contact us immediately. Changes after material purchasing or drawing approval may affect cost and delivery. Cancellation terms depend on the production stage and accepted order.

Do you arrange international shipping?

We can coordinate export packing and international freight to many destinations. Port-to-port or door delivery depends on route and local service availability. The quotation states the agreed shipping term.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

Responsibility depends on the agreed shipping term. Unless expressly included, destination duties, taxes, permits, inspections, storage and local handling are normally the buyer’s responsibility.

How are large stone products packed?

Packing is designed for the product weight, shape, route and destination requirements. The quotation can confirm crate type, internal protection, loading method and shipment scope.

Do you provide installation?

Numbered components, layout drawings or installation guidance may be quoted. On-site supervision is available only when expressly agreed. Clients should use qualified local engineers and installers.

What should I do if a shipment appears damaged?

Photograph the unopened crate, labels, packaging, delivery receipt and affected product. Note visible damage with the carrier, retain all packing and contact BADA within the contractual claim period.

Will my drawings remain confidential?

Project files are used for evaluation, quotation, design coordination and production. If formal confidentiality is required, request a written NDA before sending sensitive material.
