Policies & Support
Terms & Conditions
General terms for website use and international custom stonework enquiries.
Effective date: July 19, 2026
These terms govern use of badamasonry.com and general international B2B enquiries with BADA Stone & Antique Architecture. Every project is also governed by its accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, drawings, specifications and written order agreement. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed project documents take priority.
Website Information and Quotations
Website information is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. A quotation becomes an order only after written confirmation and receipt of the payment specified in the quotation. Currency, quotation validity, scope, exclusions, payment stages and delivery terms are stated in the project documents.
Drawings and Approval
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate dimensions, specifications, reference materials and site information. Where included, BADA may prepare shop drawings, renderings or 3D models for confirmation. Production follows the latest version approved in writing. Revisions after approval may change price and schedule.
Natural Stone and Hand Craftsmanship
Natural stone varies in colour, grain, veining, mineral markings and texture. Hand-carved details may also show minor variations. Reasonable variation consistent with the approved stone, sample, drawings and agreed tolerances is not considered a defect.
Changes, Cancellation and Returns
Changes must be confirmed in writing. Custom-made goods may not be cancelled or returned for a change of mind after material purchasing or production has begun. Any applicable charge, refund or remedy follows the accepted order and applicable law.
Production and Shipping
Production and delivery schedules are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. The agreed shipping term defines freight scope, risk transfer, insurance, customs clearance, duties and taxes. Carriers, customs, weather, port congestion and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
Installation and Local Compliance
Unless expressly included, the client is responsible for foundations, structural calculations, permits, local codes, lifting, installation and site safety. Numbered components, layout drawings or installation guidance may be provided when included in the quotation.
Inspection and Claims
Inspect shipments promptly, note visible damage with the carrier, retain the packaging and provide clear photographs of the crate, labels, product and damage. Applicable notice periods and remedies follow the accepted order, carrier or insurance terms and applicable law.
Liability and Disputes
Warranty limits, liability caps, governing law and dispute procedures are defined in the signed project agreement. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
