How BADA protects website content, client drawings, custom design files and project imagery.

BADA respects the rights of clients, architects, artists, designers and other creators.
BADA Website and Brand Content
Unless otherwise stated, the BADA name, logo, website text, photographs, videos, catalogues, original drawings, renderings, 3D models and production documents belong to BADA or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, republished, sold or used commercially without written permission.
Client-Supplied Materials
Clients retain their rights in drawings and materials they submit. By submitting them, the client grants BADA a limited licence to review, quote, adapt for production, manufacture, package, ship and support the requested project. The client confirms that it owns the materials or has permission to use them.
Custom Design Deliverables
Ownership and permitted use of custom CAD files, 3D models, shop drawings, moulds, carving patterns and production know-how are determined by the written project agreement. Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright, source files, reproduction rights or manufacturing methods.
Traditional and Historical Motifs
Traditional architectural styles and historical motifs may form part of shared cultural heritage or the public domain. No party should assume exclusive ownership of an underlying traditional style. Original drawings, photographs, arrangements and modern adaptations may still be protected.
Confidentiality and Portfolio Use
Confidentiality, portfolio publication and use of client-identifying project images are governed by the quotation, order agreement or NDA. BADA will seek permission before publishing confidential drawings or identifiable private projects.
Reporting an Intellectual Property Concern
Use our Contact page and identify the message as “Intellectual Property.” Include your contact details, a description of the protected work, the disputed webpage, evidence of ownership or authority and a good-faith explanation. We will review complete notices and take appropriate action where required.
